This piece is a herb striper and garlic grater in one! An ideal cooking assistant. It has a textured surface design that turns foods such as garlic and ginger into a puree almost instantly, simply by pressing them into the dish. The pot has 3 holes of various sizes for striping herbs such as mint, thyme and rosemary. Hand-thrown with speckled stoneware clay and finished in a rustic white glaze.

Every piece is hand-thrown, trimmed and glazed by me, therefore slight variations in dimensions and glaze finish are to be expected. This makes every piece truly unique and adds to the charm of homemade studio pottery.
